The Executive

Carol Morey

Carol has responsbility for the management of MICAS's many projects. She takes a pro-active approach to the co-ordination and administration of the needs of different clients, to ensure that work is delivered on time, on budget and to the client's satisfaction.  

Carol has a great depth of knowledge about the different skill sets of Associate trainers so that she is able to supply relevant and experienced support quickly. She also provides assistance to develop the business throughout the UK and into new markets. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and speaks several languages.

Mick's focus is on consolidating and expanding MICAS using a pro-active customer focused approach to management. Previously Mick had a 32 year career in London Fire Brigade where he experienced many major incidents in a variety of roles from Firefighter to Senior Manager level.

Mick has undertaken a wide variety of roles in both the private and public sectors; he is an experienced trainer and exercise planner, skilled in presenting to large and small groups at all levels and has spoken at several major conferences. Mick is currently managing a team developing and delivering Incident Management and Business Continuity training and exercising for two Government departments. He has the highest level of National security clearance.

Carl Massey

Carl spent several years working in the Recruitment sector before joining the Metropolitan Police in 2009 where he worked until 2016 as an acting Police Sergeant in Ealing borough. Whilst in the Police, Carl gained front-line knowledge and confidence, administration and decision making and negotiation skills. He excelled in communicating with a wide variety of people and consistently met his targets whilst working under considerable amounts of pressure.

Carl has recently rejoined the police after working briefly as a a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page Engineering during 2016.
